Shalom kulam! Ah yes, I'm back... - sort of. I'm no longer in Spain but in another lovely locus in Europe. In the past few months I traveled to several places: Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Czechia and Britain. The latter represented a tremendous personal victory for me and vindicated two beliefs I cherish closely. Lesson One: NEVER give up. They may discourage you, they may humiliate you, they may mistreat you, they may imprison you, they may rob you, they may heap all manner of abuse on you. But if you know you are right, if you know you have the moral or legal right to something, NEVER desist. Be stubborn like a son of a bitch. Let your heart lead your fervor and your brain control your actions. But keep at it. Lesson Two: whoever said that revenge was best served cold was absolutely right. And boy, revenge is VERY gratifying. Anyway, following my trip there those in the know will have no problem understanding why I say the following heartily and with exceeding gusto:
FUCK YOU, FIONA!!!
I don't have all that much news--more in my subsequent installments--except one HUGE item: two months ago I did my very first aliyah!! Yasher koach to me!
On the administrative side of things, I have literally four hundred e-mails to plough through. Your e-mail IS important to me, so kindly bear with me. As far as the dilemma that's been vexing et hakhaverim sheli recently, my answer is a firm and unequivocal לא!!
I'll try to update this shortly.
